Injection Moulding

Mould tools, large cavity blocks and Bolster plates required for the process of Injection Moulding often need to be gundrilled in order to produce the waterways / cooling holes required to keep a constant temperature whilst processing.

Our 3-axis CNC Gundrill is ideal for this application as with one-set up, a number of holes in different positions can be drilled. Angled holes that meet within the block are no problem for the team at Hone-All and due to our machining capability we often drill and tap the holes as well in order to save the customer valuable time and money.
