Hone-All specialise in manufacturing high precision, tubular components by utilising the latest in deep hole boring, gun drilling, turning and honing technology.

With 9100, 9001 and a range of customer approvals including Rolls Royce, BAE, Collins, and Babcock, we are the leaders in our field.

We provide a wide variety of industries with a complete service from sourcing raw materials to producing finished components up to 3 metres long.

All procedures are carried out within our own facilities ensuring we continuously improve controls over cost, quality, and lead times giving you the most competitive rates and a faster, more efficient service.

Andrea Wilson


Our culture is one of a family business with the emphasis on approachability, teamwork, communication and co-operation, with an open policy on management and business strategy that invites the support of every member of the Hone-All team. This approach may not be right for every business but it works for us, not least because we believe in equipping our team with the skills they need to take more responsibility and then trust them to deliver.

We take our business personally and pride ourselves in ensuring that we achieve the best possible outcome for the customer regardless of what it takes. We are keen to share best practice at all times and have an open door policy for any visitors who wish to come and see what we’ve achieved. We ask only one thing in return – an honest and open view of what they’ve seen and how they would improve it further to ensure that we never stop trying to improve.

Colin Rodney

Managing Director

Hone-All has all the knowledge, experience and variety of skills needed to tackle some very challenging projects. Added to this, our relocation in 2008 to much larger premises has produced the quality controlled and efficient production environment essential to compete successfully in a technology-driven and cost-conscious world.

Our latest investments highlight the changes we have made, and the improvements we are continuing to make, as part of a long-term commitment to our customers.

We are totally focused on providing a competitive service in terms of the precision machining of high value-added components, especially where this involves difficult-to-machine materials that demand both specialist knowledge and the right equipment.


Craig Ruffett

Operations Manager

Craig has been with the business for over 8 years and during that time has implemented a wide variety of improvements and innovative solutions to overcome both process and production challenges. He is responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the production operations and achieving, and improving upon, our on-time delivery performance.


Victoria McClatchie

Process & Communication Manager

Victoria has progressed through the business and between her and Craig, they manage all operations and production needs on the shop floor including internal and external communications.

A whizz at Excel, she has transformed how we manage and monitor our KPI’s and business data and nothing is ever too much trouble for her – apart from having her photo taken as you can tell!


Mike Aslett

Quality Manager

Mike has been with the business for almost 5 years and during that time has successfully upgraded our Quality systems to the latest revisions, improved our Quality conformance and expanded upon our robust quality processes. He is responsible for all quality documentation, audits, and customer QA requirements.


Sarah Crouch, Terry Butler & Ted Barchard

Sarah, Terry & Ted are our dynamic Sales Team and are constantly communicating with our customers to ensure that we are not only quoting what they want, but also what they need.

We take our commitment to ensuring the customer is supplied with the best and most efficient processes to achieve their overall quality and cost requirements, not just the process they have asked us to complete.





Lisa Mills

HR & H&S Manager

Lisa has been with the business for over 20 years and has progressed through the business and is now responsible for our Health & Safety and HR compliance. She has successfully completed a number of audits and HSE visits who have congratulated her for our robust systems and immaculate documentation.


Karen Crossan


Karen is in charge of all accounts functions within the business and does an excellent job of ensuring accuracy and compliance in all aspects of our purchasing and sales documentation.
