We love to offer apprenticeship placements but find that our local college provision for engineering is lacking. However, if you’re looking for a career with Hone-All, and are willing to train in-house, please e-mail us and tell us what you’re looking for.
As any business will agree, multi-skilling is the key to stability and success, and we love to offer internal training on all our specialist processes if the desire to learn is there.
Hone-All is always supportive of broadening skills sets and offering external training. We will always cover the costs of courses if at least 50% of the content benefits the business and its operations.
