Items machined include hydraulic cylinders, rams, piston rods and specialist close tolerance tubing which is often unavailable from tubing suppliers.
It is often more cost effective to purchase solid material, drill, hone and turn the billet in order to produce the specialist tubing than buying a standard tube and honing out large quantities of material.
The needs of our customers do vary but generally, within Hydraulic cylinders, tolerances are H8 and surface fished requirements are 0,4µ or 16 CLA max.
