The Company Hone-All Precision Ltd will conduct all its activities in a manner which achieves the highest practicable health and safety standards for employees and any other persons who could be affected.
This policy will be implemented by applying a safety management system with the primary aim of continuous improvement and compliance with all relevant legislation through:
- regular two way communication with employees;
- integration of health safety practices into operational procedures;
- promotion of health and safety awareness at all levels within the company; and
- regular internal processes to identify non-conforming Health & Safety issues and the systematic corrective actions deemed necessary to prevent their recurrence.
The Company holds each director, manager, supervisor and employee responsible for complying with the above policy in any area within their control or influence.
No member of the Company is authorised to initiate or continue any activity, operation or process that would endanger employees, contractors, visitors or members of the public.
To ensure that the requirements of this policy are met, the Company will provide and maintain safe and healthy working conditions, equipment and systems of work, together with adequate information, instruction, training and supervision for all employees.
The Director, Andrea Wilson has overall responsibility for Health and Safety for the company as a whole.
